1) We have a large database with various professionals of different kinds, from which we pre-select the candidates that we consider suitable for your home and carry out personalized interviews with each candidate based on the family’s objectives.
*All our candidates have a work permit and legal residence in Spain, at least 3 years of experience in domestic service and good references (which we always check).
2) We send the families the files of the candidates that suit their needs and we set the dates of the meetings that we will have with said candidates or 3 by video call, or in person at their homes or in our offices.
3) Once the appropriate staff has been selected, the management department contacts the family to request the necessary documentation to proceed with the hiring process and registration with Social Security, as well as the invoice for our services.
*The hiring is done directly with the household staff and not with our agency, so the salary is paid directly to them each month.
